Nothing at all to look forward to now, season will just wittle to the end and become nothing.

I said a few weeks back we will finish 8/9th

The only bright spark is Estevao, just hope his head doesn't get turned by other European clubs!

Poor kid, hasn't played a lot injury aside, should be one of the first names on the team sheet but is played one and benched for two.

Wouldn't blame him if he fucks off

🗯💥Simon Phillips said today:

have heard that the mood in the camp has been described as ‘an all time low’ for this group.

Players are unsure of their instructions and what to do on the pitch.

Our source says that six months ago, it was a tight-knit group and players knew their roles.

Now, relationships are turning sour and some of the players just want the season to end.

Around 75% of the squad are weighing up their options this summer.

After the Everton game, there was some ‘disagreements’

Obviously this stuff is all just natural occurrences after a bad run of results, but it’s the players not understanding their roles thing that concerns me the most at the moment.

Obvious because Maresca was like Pep in the way they instructed how players to be position and some players thrive in this.

Otheres don't like it.

But once that went and you get a downgrade like Liam, who the board loved and gave 6 years then I'm sure the players now realize that the board have no clue what they are doing and want out.

I don't blame them...however it's never cool to down tools as people often say.

🤬There is no suggestion inside Chelsea that Liam Rosenior is in danger of losing his job, either now or at the end of the season.

I will make a statement.....this bloke is under serious pressure, make no mistake about it, he is literally on deaths door and after the internationals we will see exactly what will happen. United, after Port Vale we have United at home, City at home and then away to Brighton, he won't make the Man United game as City will hump us and the daft project idiot will be left with his arms folded and no note pad.

The club need to take this international break and I mean NOW and start working on who is coming in to replace him, not after in hope we beat Port Vale, have the sacking ready and the next in line ready. There is a massive possibility we do not win another league game this season based on this form, and that's fucking scary

"It came after vice-captain Enzo Fernandez told sports channel TUDN following the 8-2 aggregate defeat by Paris St-Germain in the Champions League: "We lost a manager who gave us identity, structure and direction - a Club World Cup winner - and no-one, not even the players, understands why.

"Mid-season, everything changed. The system collapsed, the stability went with him."

Ooh, Eghbali is not going to like this.

"Not terribly well managed" by Enzo like Eghbali likes to say.

Its not even 'downing tools', if the manager can't get the respect of the key players, they can choose not to perform and play in 2nd gear.

There are some similiarities with young AvB trying to shake things up (which ultimately failed).

It was obvious that the PSG game killed this squad.   You don't change goalkeepers in a critical game just because you feel one is good with the ball at his feet.

If Liam has any managerial ability, he should come up with something for the next 2 home games.....otherwise all I see is two more humiliating losses.

Maybe that's part of the plan for Enzo, cause a bit of a stir with ownership and assuming the club flops and misses out on UCL next season, get your agent to start pushing for a move to La Liga?

Knew I'd seen it somewhere before, it was a copy and paste brief!

🤬🤢

️Chelsea believe the main reason for their stop-start season has been the unplanned change of coach which the club were forced into when Enzo Maresca effectively quit.

️Chelsea did not choose Rosenior, who signed a contract until 2032, from sister club Strasbourg as a three- or four-month appointment and were understanding of the fact that he needs time.

️Chelsea believe that Liam Rosenior is open to feedback and constructive criticism, and are confident that he can quickly learn from mistakes.

️While Chelsea’s aim is to qualify for the Champions League, Rosenior’s future does not depend on it and he would not be held solely responsible for missing out, having only taken over in January.

️Chelsea still have a better points-per-game average (1.7) than they did under Enzo Maresca (1.6) this season.

️Mike Penders is likely to return from his season-long loan at Strasbourg to compete for the No 1 spot, with a decision yet to be taken on whether to try to sign a new goalkeeper.

️Chelsea view this summer as being critical in terms of recruitment with the club desperate to improve the mental resilience of the squad and provide Rosenior with a better balance of options.

️Chelsea will look to sign at least one new central defender and want to add a midfielder and a forward.

🤬🤢Liam Rosenior’s position as Chelsea head coach is currently viewed as being SECURE even if the club miss out on qualifying for the Champions League.

Chelsea do not plan to review Liam Rosenior’s performance formally before the summer of 2027 and have no intention of making a change at the end of this season.

The only scenario in which that stance could change would be if Chelsea were to implode over the final weeks of the season, but there is no expectation of that happening.

(@Matt_Law_DT)

And they'll post the same for Roseniors replacement next season

They've trashed our club
