11Drogba 2,000
Juventus started horribly to this season. After Sassuolo game Allegri, Marotta and Paratici had a meeting. Whatever the problem was, it must have been solved during that meeting because they have not lost a point since then. Allegri is a good coach. Let's hope our board can provide him the necessary assistance when he needs it. TheIceMan

We're in pretty bad time now Allegri is only good in the good times? This is a manager who did not lose his cool and control of the situation, when everyone else was losing it, when Juventus started the season badly (you compare how he handled Juve's poor start and how Mourinho handled our poor start to the season. such a massive contrast). They were in 11th after taking only 12 points from their first 10 matches, sitting 11 points then leaders Roma. Fans were questioning him, people thought Juventus were gone for the season etc but 13 consecutive league wins later, they are second in table and sit just 2 points behind Napoli. If that's not enough for you, Allegri also showed the same attitude with Milan in the 2012/13 season. The club sold Thiago Silva and Ibrahimovic - two of Milan's best players - in the summer of 2012, took only 7 points from their first 8 matches. But despite that, despite having a very average squad at his disposal to work with, he still managed to guide Milan to third place, losing only 3 more times since that eighth game (he lost 5 of the first 8). If anything, Allegri has shown that he has the temperament and know-how of how to navigate a team out of sticky situations. Hybrid Angel 2,130
Juve were definitely surrounded by bad mood prior to the start of last season. I don't think anyone here remembers how much hate allegri was getting before the season even started, particularly from Juve fans. He was in huge pressure but kept his cool and delivered. Blue Colored Sky 1,807
Atlético de Madrid'Cholo' self-critical following Colombian's departure Simeone: "Jackson leaving is my failure" Diego Simeone appeared in front of the press ahead of Saturday's game against Eibar. On Jackson Martínez: "I'll take away what we talked about and when he recently came by to say hi. Jackson brought enthusiasm and excitement to his job but, following our chats, we decided that it was best for all parties involved. Thankfully we'll still be able to look each other in the eyes and say hello whenever we meet. That's what matters to those of us in the game. Those on the outside can say what they want. He made an effort to get involved and compete. We now wish him all the very best and hope that he is happy". On his personal responsibility: "Totally. When a player does not respond it's my responsibility. He was unlucky and unable to give us the best he had to offer and I obviously feel I have a part in that. You have to take an honest look at each and every situation and talk things through like men. We all have to make decisions when choosing what we want. Hopefully, he can get back to the kind of form we'd hoped he'd show here, but it's my failure that Jackson isn't staying. It's all part of the game and I'm clear that I'm not going to change my playing style". Jose teached us that when players are not responding then they betray him and quite a few people believed in it. Popular Post! The Chels 2,502 Posted February 6, 2016 Popular Post! Share Posted February 6, 2016 According to Di Marzio, our four-man shortlist comprises Simeone, Conte, Allegri and Sampaoli. It definitely sounds like a much better list than some of the ones we've recently been hearing about, although the validity of it remains to be seen. kiwi1691 255
Gotta love allegri Quote For Gazzetta dello Sport, one of the main reasons Juventus were keen to bring in Allegri was due to his work with youth and how devoted he is to their development. Under him at Cagliari, Radja Nainggolan was given the opportunity to thrive, while both Davide Astori and Lorenzo Ariaudo were given their debuts. At Milan, Bryan Cristante was offered the chance to star for the first team, while Mattia De Sciglio and Stephan El Shaarawy were developed even if many thought the latter's skills were not fully exploited. http://www.espnfc.com.au/club/juventus/111/blog/post/2017836/focus-on-youth-is-key-for-massimiliano-allegri-at-juventus Blue Colored Sky and TheIceMan

Popular Post! It's too big 625 Posted February 6, 2016 Popular Post! Share Posted February 6, 2016 What a crock of shit these rumours are. Take them with a pinch of salt because it's beyond a joke really. One day ago Allegri had agreed a 4 year deal and now we're talking to Conte's reps. These journalists are all over the place at the moment, seems as though majority of them have just woken from a coma with how haphazard their reporting has been.
