Probably a good thing. Not having to listen to their great ideas.

Also pretty sure it was confirmed Amorin was in London for WHU talks? If its true he wants £10m a year salary (turned Liverpool off him), he won’t be coming here anyway.

Can't imagine Conte working with current board. Couple of bad results and he will say with his bad English something like: I am a winner but this is young squad we need to suffer for a couple of years, I'm not used to this.

Will basically just take the payment for sacking after 6 months, 1 year...

Eventually some new manager will come and have better results but also because of the hard and unnecessary transitional period by Potter and Poch.

They were brave to play with 4 atb even tho they knew results would be better with 3/5 at the back. But this is what we need. We didn't have any big success with 4atb for a decade. And no manager in the world would have it. Tuchel and Conte would never have guts to do it. They would play it safe but that wouldn't help us in the long run. This is why I respect Potter and Poch. Sacrificing for Chelsea future even though someone else will pick all the fruits.

The season is finishing like I wanted. A improving in everything. This is the opposite of what we saw last season. We ended the season woeful.

And because of this I want Pochetino to continue. Let him continue as we are on the up. Just focus on fixing the defense the summer. It is a priority above all else.

The only manager I would take over Pochetino in a heartbeat is xabi Alonso. What that guy did is amazing, like what klopp did years ago. So if you can't get him then don't change. No other manager is a clear upgrade at this time. Forget about amorin, he is another AVB!

So far they’ve only hired mediocre coaches , so they probably don’t want someone good

Flick and Mourinho arent good at all, Conte has too much history here and Amorim is just another wild gamble like Potter.

why??

Suspect that "the project" takes away too much power from the manager's hand as in who to bring in and all that. They really a yes-man who will only coach the team, which is what they've been going after.

This is another aspect of the project that scares me a bit: imagine that a manager with the same philosophy of Pep becomes available; how would he be able to tweak the squad to his possession style for example? That'd demand selling and signing new players even if of similar quality, for the different characteristics.
