What kind of surprised me was the captain armband. When Kova was subbed, he gave it to Kepa. I would have expected the armband to go to Reece instead.

Reports said a few weeks ago they only started nurturing Reece to become captain for the future so makes sense he isn't there yet.

Think what Potter is good at is psychology - both those two have the mentality that seems to improve their game when given responsibility

Played really well - Chilwell MOTM  but all did well

Couldn’t watch the game due to time fuse, im very delighted for the team and the fans after all the shit the club has been through, this season has been really tough, we really needed this win, its justice in the end for the way the team played over the 2 legs, we were very unlucky not to beat the germans in the 1st leg. Fair play to Potter for getting the team through to the next round. On to the next one. KTBFFH

Have to agree, I like the fact that Kepa is growing in confidence and playing well.   I didn't think he'd be putting in these types of performances after some of his performances in previous seasons.
