Man Utd do the same thing every year, pay top whack transfer fees and top salaries to players that they think are sure things. Mason Mount was a sure thing just like Cunha and Mbuemo are. Probably with a £200m outlay on transfer fees and an extra £1m pw in wages they can get to midtable, no idea if they can afford that in PSR but if they can then they'll (probably) be less embarrassing next year.

With the lack of efficiency in how they spend on transfer fees and wages it will cost them something like £1.5bn to get back to being a regular CL club.

Very surprised at Kepa. He has had a whole season playing regular football and now he is about to join Arsenal where he will be back up to Raya... yes the typical saying that players will fight for their place, but highly unlikely he replaces Raya unless injured. The odd games in midweek they probably will rotate but still confused on Kepa's side why he wants to go there and not hold out for a team that offers him guaranteed first team action.

Well tbh we have at least 4 new to the team players joining us for the cwc, and our main concern was the number 9 which we now have.

Instead of spending crazy money on an unproven player like Ekitike, spend it on Nico Williams, Osimhen, Gyökeres, or even Rodrygo. They don't want spend 20 million for  Maignan but are ready to give 80 to another unproven striker .

Players can develop and all. But man, I was not impressed by Ekitike a few years ago, in the Danish league of all places. 

No thanks to more wingers though. Need a proper forward and really wish it would be Osimhen. But it doesn't seem like that will happen.

Good to see Kepa going. Even if the fee is low. However, we still have to shift the following:

That is before we get to players like: 

Jorgensen/Sanchez

Who should go if we get any sort of decent fee/loan option. 

As for transfers, I want to see more CB's being linked. Overpriced AM's and CF's can wait. After that it is GK.
