Judging by how each has been used in the CWC, I can actually imagine a scenario where we sell Madueke and Jackson, keep Nkunku, and then make 1 more attacking signing.

How else do you explain Maresca continuing to start Nkunku and saying “he deserves it” and stuff like that? He obviously likes what Christo is doing in training.

Or he knew noni was going and we didn’t really have a better option

Just read the last four pages of the Noni Transfer thread at Arsenal Mania. It is not a safe place right now.

Just read this. Hilarious seeing Havertz catch strays in here too lol... especially after we were told he has levelled up and a completely different player at Arsenal.

Seems it really isn't the case now that the hurt of not accomplishing anything and Havertz putting up the same stats he put up here, while playing upfront there on top of that really isn't all it is cracked up to be.

Arsenal are also believed to be confident that Ethan Nwaneri will sign a  new contract at the Emirates despite interest from Chelsea and German clubs in the 18-year-old.

😔

We have Estevao and Quenda is coming. We don't need another teenage project.

Would be great if we can get in the conversation for a Rodrygo or Rogers (Jackson goes the other way) for the attack.

So, if Madueke leaves this be our status (positions are 'more or less'):

- ST: Joao Pedro, Delap, Jackson, Guiu

- LW: Gittens

- RW: Neto, Estevao, George

- AM: Palmer, with Enzo and KDH being able to cover in case of emergency.

If Jackson leaves, different reports on Guiu going on loan, KDH leaving, George not being trusted we again will be a little thin if we won't buy someone.

Wow, so how much more do we need to make to satisfy the UEFA requirements?

Still around 28 m pounds. I think Felix sale + one of Amogou/ISS will be enough. That is not even mentioning potential sale of Nkunku, Veiga and Disasi

George played LW & RW when called upon last season but I'd be surprised if he isn't loaned out to the Championship to gain some experience.

I get the feeling that we'll go for Garnacho later in the window OR

If Nkunku doesn't get sold for whatever reason (Bayern Munich haven't bid for him yet), he probably sticks around and plays the squad role.

https://www.goal.com/en-au/lists/benfica-ready-bid-to-buy-half-of-joao-felix-as-portuguese-attacker-agrees-to-take-pay-cut-to-return-to-former-team/blt2542117c13c676a2#cs791237fcec25ef89

So apparently Benfica will pay for 50% of Felix's rights?    How do transfers work in Portugal, seems different to England.

Won't collapse. For the most part bar the first transfer window where mistakes were made, we keep making very smart decisions from a financial standpoint.

Our players sales are great. We invest and sell in plenty of homegrown talent which is all pure profit as well.

This group is money savvy and they will not want their investment down the drain. Dodgers, Lakers, Chelsea. The other two franchises alongside us are the premier clubs in their sport, or just about the top.

Just let it happen.

Yes, but as you see we not buying proven players any longer because of owners refusing to pay them higher salary. I’m not sure where it will go in the future. We had a chance to buy this year proven Left Winger, but choose to buy Gittens. I still cant believe we bought him. He is average player, only because he played for BVB does matter we always should buy as he special for playing for them.

Romano saying Jackson has the chance to leave, PL clubs sniffing, price too high for Milan

Price is always to high for them. Just look at the Swiss talented guy from Brugge, they struggling to pay like extra 5-10 million to get actually good center midfielder.
