This is a player who could barely get a look last season at PRESTON NORTH END.

In fairness, there's plenty of footballers that have struggled to get minutes and then gone on to be amazing. We can't judge him on that. Andrey Santos being a prime example.

I think he's shown enough for Spain to warrant the attention around him. The rumoured wages are a major red flag.

15 goals, 9 assists for club and country in the past year.

And yes, his wages are a huge issue, plus the old payola to his 'entourage' aka grifters and clingers-on

Wirtz to Liverpool is done for 38th time it feels like....remember when the scousers broke the internet about us paying what we did for Caicedo...

It's OK it's Liverpool, they are still scarred from their little home boy speaking in fluent Spanish at his Madrid unveiling

Imagine if Wirtz ends up not getting 20+ goal contributions next season after that transfer fee 😁

Ah a new name Woltemade...never heard him mentioned before so we will probably do it, one of them ones where they want 35M and we will offer 65M and the fact he's a some what unknown it's a knocking bet dumb and dumber will go for him

At this point I’d take just 1 game changing, level raising signing. Don’t even care which position. We entered this summer following UCL qualification with me hopeful that we’d sign 3-4 to take us to the next level.

Instead, our targets look like a list West Ham or Everton would draw up. 🤦‍♂️

Woltemade feels like a Kalajdzic deja-vue. Lanky somewhat slow and lightweight technical striker from stuttgart moving to the PL after decent breakout season. And we know how that one turned out. Afaik the first guy has been riding benches at wolves and Frankfurt for years now

Dortmund isn't some flash hot team and Gittens outperforms him.

They tend to buy the hottest upcoming talent. While Bilbao only sign local players. The two couldn't be more different.

This Dortmund who finished TWENTY FIVE points off Bayern - Bundesliga Table and Standings - Football - BBC Sport

The latter joined Wolves & suffered a serious injury shortly after. He's had two ligament tears, which resulted in him missing 95 games. I'd say his dip or whatever you wanna call it doesn't have anything to do with talent or lackof.
