I know there's a real argument that over a 38 game season, you pretty much deserve to be where you finish. However considering how close it ended up being, it's frustrating that Villa undeservedly took points off us in both games as a result of very debatable VAR decisions.

Diomande has potential but again we need to actually sign some players who are proven and ready to play at a high level consistently from their first game.

James McAtee also been heavily linked - Maresca would of wanted him at Leicester if he stayed there so apparently he’s prioritising a move for him. 21 years old. Spent season on loan at Sheff Utd. 3 goals 3 assists…. Underwhelming

The only time Sterling has been mentioned is “if Chelsea sell him”. There has not been a link to an actual interested club. Saudis have been mentioned, but just in general possible destination. No Saudi club has been rumored to make an approach.
