Thor 2,732
Guys - off topic here - but it is the most active part of the forum. My partner and I are coming to the UK from Australia in October, and was hoping to pick up a ticket for the game on the 21st or 28th of October. What is the best way to get tickets? Is it difficult to get through re-sellers if its already sold out, and what are generally the prices for some decent seats? Cheers.

One of my favourite set ups was with matic and Luiz in midfield. Roméo Lavia is 1.81m, 5-11, not a man mountain lucio

They are at a disadvantage, other players can add to their club resume. I think they take AFCON seriously enough...and a few teams often make it to knockout stages of WC competitions. But even if you disregard that...so what? Haalands team is virtually useless, and Ibrahimovic's team has hardly set the world on fire. I just don't see their situation as being more disadvantageous than the rest. I think Asian players have it way worse. didi007 and Fulham Broadway

Doesn't look like we are planing to be competitive in the next 2 seasons. Jackson, Broja, Fofana... No one is ready there and we don't have a striker. All other targets also young fellas. I'm just concerned how will our fans react when they see us struggling again. After all, because of fans we sacked Potter. That's what I'm afraid of too, and you can only look at Arsenal during Wenger's last few seasons to see why that's not a good idea. You can't just indefinitely keep building for the future., without having some sort of competitiveness and success. You'll just likely risk losing the good players you developed, to bigger, winning clubs when they get fed up with the lack of trophies. I just hope there are a couple of natural leaders there among our new signings.

Mhsc 1,101
Personally am excited we are signing someone not incredibly obvious: what’s the point in having a massive / expensive scouting team run by TWO directors if we just go and buy household names a bunch of people on the internet want us to get? There may be some parallel universe where this guy signs for Brighton and we are fighting 4 clubs for his signature in 12 months for 100m. Who can say. bigbluewillie and mkh
Mário César 1,289
Anyone know is that jackson it will be our main striker? Don't make any sense... we have fofana and broja to second and third choice...
Mhsc 1,101
This guy looks way ahead of Fofana or Broja. I am guessing he or Nkunku will be our strikers until Jan and we will try to go for Ivan Toney then. Broja and Fofana need loans imo.
