If you told me the last week of May that we would be dumping around 63m euros (£52.5m) on a left back

I would be getting ready to do a happy dance as that SURELY meant we finally were getting Theo

he is the only LB (remotely available) worth over £50m (there are only 3 on the planet worth that much, 4 if you count Nuno Mendes)

but Marc Cucurella? after ONE EPL season, we are paying around 325% more than Brighton did
