Strike 7,522 Posted Sunday at 12:52 Share Posted Sunday at 12:52 If Jackson is sold then that's a good outcome out of all this drama. Better than a loan with no obligation. We do have options to sign a striker before the deadline - Emegha or Bakwa from Strasbourg or Wissa if Brentford let him go for decent fee

For us, even paying the quarter of this salary would be luxury. He is basically free agent. They don't count on him for next season and are planning to pay reminding year of contract. He is negotiating with Italian clubs. But can't see him being an option honestly. Questionable personality and doesn't suit with our squad. Pizy 18,984 Posted Sunday at 13:38 Share Posted Sunday at 13:38 Please don’t tell me the last of our business will be Guiu returning to never play and Buononotte coming in to never play… kexik and Vesper
Duppy Conqueror 1,557 Posted Sunday at 13:50 Share Posted Sunday at 13:50 Guiu is currently 3rd choice at Sunderland, scored in his only start.some will cling to that as a reason we shouldn't recall him but there's many variables. He'd be 2nd choice with us and if he does well with us seeing Pedro in the 10 he could still have game time when Delap returns. He's certainly a better option than George and Jackson. There is no break clause in the loan so all 3 parties have to agree to it..we could sweeten Sunderland by offering them somebody else at a different position. kexik, bigbluewillie and Strike

Pizy 18,984 Posted Sunday at 14:11 Share Posted Sunday at 14:11 I bet you anything that if Guiu comes back he still won’t be 2nd choice stiker. Maresca will play Pedro Neto up front against PL opponents before he starts Guiu. Vesper

lluubbeenn 182 Posted Sunday at 14:43 Share Posted Sunday at 14:43 We are in the news almost everyday these past few transfer windows, we have become a better team and even qualified for the CL, we are world champions and STILL DON’T HAVE A FRONT OF THE SHIRT SPONSOR. WTF is this? 🤣🤣

Some people have written off Gittens after just 2 games. If someone is proven not the answer I'd rather roll the dice with somebody that has not. Pizy 18,984 Posted Sunday at 15:04 Share Posted Sunday at 15:04 With Nico returning I guess our last hope for one big move is to get a larger than expected fee for Tyrique George? He’s the final List A player who’s like.y to leave, right? So most likely no more incomings.
