Guiu & George have loan written all over them. Them going another season getting sparse minutes here and there in lesser competitions wouldn’t be beneficial to their development at all. They need to play every week.

I've seen noise that we could be willing to let George go out on loan. Would be a very bizarre choice unless someone like Rodrygo was lined up (only played 23 minutes~ over four games at the CWC).

I mean that’s not even remotely true. 
 

Goals and assists aren’t the only metric for a player. Hazard was dribbling entire teams for us and being the sole reason we created anything at times. 
 

Pulisic isn’t half the player Hazard was even at his best.

Rodrygo is 99.9% not coming here. His wages alone will be a stumbling block never mind a transfer fee.

George and Guiu have to go on loan, there is just no place for them in this squad right now. Both would benefit from Championship loans, but both need to be playing all the time even if it's a PL side who can guarantee game time.

We have a lot of getting rid to do, the likes of Chilwell, Sterling, Veiga, Ugo, Carney, Felix, Badishille, Nkuknu, Chalobah and probably a few I have missed out. You can debate all day who will and won't be sold or loan but there is a lot of deadwood amongst that lot and we need to get rid of most of that lot. There is a shit ton of wages sat there as well that can be utilized into new transfers or put back into the club.
