Jackson had Anelka vibes when he arrived but in two years never became more than a Kalou. Then last few months being sent off more times than he scores.

He made a massive difference to the attack with his workrate - to the point we were a toothless team for the months he was out injured.

Temperament and finishing issues were the letdown but Jackson is a good player and you can see that in many clubs lining up to buy him.

Kalou could at least be relied on as an impact sub, more often than not. Jackson has been a certified starter for two seasons, and the most noticeable thing about him is his petulant behaviour.

Didn’t expect that before the Gittens announcement. Didn’t Gittens have his medical like Saturday afternoon? Wonder what the holdup is.

Probably planned a much bigger announcement as he was more of a primary target for us

Now announced on the site, all official and good luck to him. I have a sneaky feeling he is going to be good for us

I agree I feel like he’s a willing runner and the passes that Enzo and Cole can make he will thrive on he also has pretty decent link up play too - cautiously optimistic on this one

Arsenal going for Eze and Madueke to cover for Odegaard and Saka.

But I don't think it is a given that Noni will accept this trade because it is a WC year and there will never be a scenario where game time at Arsenal with Saka, Nwaneri is going to be more than at Chelsea.
