I’m actually surprised the Saudi’s have never come after Felix. Big name, talented enough to go to that pathetic league and probably score a bunch. He very marketable. And I suspect that having bounced around nonstop he himself would probably take the chance to essentially retire and earn 600k per week or something.

They probably discuss with the agents of many players but not many want to move so they don't advance. As for Felix he took a big paycut to come here at Chelsea, it's pretty clear money isn't his motivation right now.

Felix took a massive pay cut to come here and Barca. He wants to play at a good to top level in Europe. If he wanted easy money he would've gone after his first loan here or the end of his Barca one.

Chelsea join the race for Evan Ferguson. Brighton are willing to sell or loan the forward.

Understand Brighton are pushing ahead for a move for Nürnberg striker Stefanos Tzimas in a £20m deal. The Greek striker has attracted interest of a host of clubs this month, but Brighton are in talks to win the race for his signature.

Well....people on this forum can't complain, Ferguson is a striker....and he ticks the boxes for our sporting directors  😆:

  • Young (yes)
  • From Brighton (yes)

He only moved here because Atletico wouldn't sign Gallagher without one of their players moving to Chelsea.

It doesn't matter if he took a pay cut or not, he tried to fight with Simeone.  If there's 3 managers you don't want to fight against, it's Mourinho, Conte and Simeone. 😆

It was supposed to be Samu but then the club decided to change the deal last minute.

I called us going for Ferguson here a week ago. It would be the most stereotypical Clearlake signing ever so it was obvious that if he was available we’d go for him.

Tbf, when he was fit last season he looked like one hell of a striker prospect. But hasn’t he sort of fallen off the map post injury? I haven’t kept up with him all season. But Brighton are a club that is always super difficult to deal with so if they’re willing to let go of such a young talent that should be a red flag, no?

You say this but I am not sure. I think the idea is Dortmund, but they have forgotten Dortmund play in a lower level league with 18 teams in it, but have 4-5 CL places each year.

Dortmund is not a top team in terms of winning trophies regularly, we have a standard set by Abramovich for the last 20 years that they need to check one season without trophy is a failure two seasons without trophy without CL + incoming 3th season without CL it's time to change . You can't do what they do in a top team, you can do it in teams where there are no expectations.

Chelsea are blocking Disasi to Villa move. The Blues are stalling and haven't given the opportunity to the 26 year old to join Aston Villa.

Villa and the player hope that an agreement will be found quickly.
