Chelsea Transfers

I don't understand how you spend billion on transfers and still not improving. It is isn't difficult tbh. You prioritize the most important players on the pitch. Which is GK, DM, and ST. We have prioritized every position except those.

You don't settle for a GK who has unwanted at Brighton. You don't have a guy who has had less than 10 games of good spell in La Liga to lead your line. The DM that was purchased was not fit and question about his quality.

Caicedo is a B2B player, which is why i was against signing him.

Build a foundation of your team, than from there improve other positions. The people leading the club is taking the opposite position.

All of us are equally surprised.

Was disrespectful when he didn’t do it the minute Azpi left never mind now without Mr Glass and Chillwell in the side.

Not only disrespectful, incredibly fucking stupid.

napoli will renew with osihmen.

130M euros will be his contract clause

We will probably offer them 200M then. To get the deal done, although if the guy has any sense he is avoiding here and waiting for Madrid or someone else.

I think before with Abramovich and the culture at the club, we would always attract big players but I think with Boehly & Clearlake now, the lack of success they’ve had already and more incentive/performance based contracts as opposed to the “Abramovich premium wages” as it was put, I don’t think the top top players will be coming here as much as before, particularly now with our position and clear lack of direction.

Yes we got Caicedo and Lavia ahead of Liverpool but they cost nearly £170m combined fees which they may never justify and they aren’t the sort of top elite name players that win you titles. Enzo we were only ones who would pay what it would take to get it done also but even then (and now), will he ever be worth the £100m?

why the fuck are we in for palhina at all. are we planning to play 2 dmc 2 cm formation or what?

Should have signed him in the summer instead of either or both of Ugochuwku or Lavia.

Would have been a similar profile of player but with plenty of experience and know how to come in and do a job immediately.

But he was probably “too old” for Dumb & Dumber (the 2 footballing directors). Or because they didn’t know of him from Brighton or Southamptom or wherever then he was probably too high profile for them.

yes we shouldve, but now we dont need him. we actually have to give minutes for our young players to develop, we cant buy new players every six months, its impossible.

we only need a new striker and maybe a right back on a loan or something. nothing else.
