He is an academy player, maybe much more sentimental. 

I guess we will see, works out amazing deal. If it doesn't 45m for a player that hardly played at the senior level it will look shocking. It is good business for City imo, regardless of the outcome tbh unless he becomes a world class player.

PSG have reached an agreement with Lyon for forward Bradley Barcola, according to RMC Sport.

The report claims the fee is €45m plus bonuses.

The France U21 international is expected to sign a five-year deal.

I don't think City fans are upset because he was an academy player, I think they are upset because he is a quite good academy player. 

Look at us with Mount, an academy player even one with a huge banner but most of the ones here wanted him sold.
