Forgot to mention the other day that Senegal have qualified for the AFCON in 2022. So, we're gonna not have Mendy for like a month in January then.

In a way i'm happy about that because it means high quality back up/competition will almost certainly be high on the agenda next summer, if not in January.

Really far from idea given we are expected to challenge for titles next season. Will need a top back up goalie to be blooded in by then.

Mendy and Silva have both been great but the former has made the biggest difference to the team defensively, IMO.
