Just realised, that ever since any player has joined Chelsea after the Roman Era, there has always been some form of Interest from other clubs for almost all our starters, EXCEPT FOR MIKEL.

I wonder why.

Mikel has annoyed me in previous seasons, but so far (barring the odd mistake) has looked good in his position

I thought he was amazing with Raul vs Newcastle and couldn't believe Raul was sold - could have been the start of something good...

As another poster on a diff thread mentioned n the DP you need a defensive + creative player, we have Mikel, now just need to find somebody to play alongside him, then he will truly shine and get the recognition he deserves!

Yes he has been rated, and he has had more than a few fantastic games for us.

Its my personal opinion, that i think we can have a defensive midfielder who is more of an enforcer and commanding than mikel.

My opinion will probably not change, but the fact that you have already decided that i will view your observation as irrelevant and not constructive is wrong.

What to do, you have already made your judgement on how i will respond.
