Is there any stat about how many goals he's scored from offside?

Off the top of my head - Spurs (h), Newcastle (a), Leicester (a), Liverpool (a), Leicester (h).

The one at Anfield was stupid. The ones against Spurs and at Leicester were tight. The ones against Newcastle and Leicester tonight were blatant offside.

LMAO

Brilliant 🤣

Hope he spends the summer learning the offside rule though. For his speed, being offside as frequently, not good

His attitude is crazy positive. He just is not fuzzed by all those misses

He mentioned in an interview not too long ago that those misses, the lack of goals were affecting him earlier this season. But he then sort of made peace with it that maybe this season is just not his season in front of goal and tries to make sure he helps the team in other ways like providing assists if he's not scoring.

At the very least he's made a complete mockery of people who used to defend Torres because at least he used to try hard.

His work rate for the team is exceptional and whilst he's still struggled in front of goal, I definitely believe that he is adjusting more to the league than earlier in the season and I still feel that he'll come good. He's not one that hides, which is huge because when things weren't going right the likes of Torres and Morata left us effectively playing with 10 men in many games.

In my opinion we look a better team with him in it, which is probably the biggest compliment he could be given currently.

Just a pity he couldn’t do it earlier in the season.

That was a big issue for me under Frank playing off the left. He still had the freedom to come in at times but he looked very very nervous/had disbelief in his own ability at times.

Obviously still not perfect, we need him to get his offside awareness sorted, there was an offside tonight from one of Jorginho’s pass which was poor, also the same as the game v City I think it was a similar pass/situation too.

Unfortunately I have to agree. It was so clear after the Arsenal game too.

The work rate thing though I remember when Torres had a weird patch with Jose, doing the donkey work and it seemed to ease people a bit although we still expected not much in goal returns but at least it was closer like playing with 10.5 men than 10 😂. I suppose fans appreciate people who if its not going well trying to do the donkey work, do a job for the team. That was a big issue for Morata at times, even when he did try he’d end up getting stupid bookings or conceding daft fouls. Also Bakayoko in CM just absolutely naive and forgetting he had to do both sides of the game when he couldn’t trap the fucking thing 🤣
