I dont like the rule either. In German we call that "Luftaus" and in amateur football the ref usually allows the teams to play on if the ball is out of play but does not touch the ground

In all other sports it is still in play

Baseball, cricket, yank football, basketball, tennis, etc

Attack wise i feel this has been our second worst half after Leicester 2nd, thankfully we are defying our current reputation of wasting chances and have been clinical.

Just need to see it now, a cautious possession second half because Sheffield are very dangerous if you let the game become a battle.

Decent but not great first half. We knew they would crowd the midfield areas due to their formation so it would probably have been wiser to start Willian in place of Barkley so we had width.

Zouma is getting better and better and I thought Tomori was comfortable. Looks like he's been in this team for a while, actually.

Kova and Jorginho running the game as usual this season. Kova looks like a totally different player under Frank. Crazy how much better he looks in this deeper role where he only occasionally bombs forward. The deeper role really suits him.

Tomori looks good but sheffield united look like a championship team.

So pleased for Tammy. The game last week must have been so huge for his confidence and belief he could make it at Chelsea as today's goals were about a striker's instinct and anticipation for being in the right place.

If he can get somewhere close to 15 or more league goals for us this season and everyone else chips in around him, we shouldn't be far away from top 4. Especially as not all seems well with United and Spurs at present and Arsenal will always find some way of messing up an opportunity.
