I didn't really rate Emerson until I saw how little Alonso offers I was delighted RLC got some minutes he's definitely an upgrade on Barkley- we need someone able to drive forwards, it can't just be left to Kante. I thought Hoddles analysis was good - but I think Kovacic is better than Barkley- he seems to have lost his mojo as I always remember him as a player that ran with the ball, for us he doesn't seem to do that? Maybe it's confidence? Just hope RLC stays injury free and gets more minutes. I'm happy - think the team have turned a corner and now it's just the sheer magnitude of fixtures. We don't have that killer instinct (yet) but at least we can see the outline of what is trying to be achieved. I do wish Sarri would give CHO more time - it would be awesome to have him and RLC in the team. I understand RLC is tricky because of all of the injuries.
