Looking at the replay, it looked like the problem was not having any pressure on the passer.  We're supposed to press as a 442 up front, but either Hazard or 1 of the midfielder was supposed to be pressing.

What the replays aren't showing is was Kane's shoulder or head offside. His feet clearly weren't but if any part of his body that is legal to use (so arms don't count) is over the line then it is offside...
