Sell him for 35 million and have a buy back clause at 50 million - everybody is a winner.

If he wants to leave us, a buy back means nothing.  Especially if it's to Bayern Munich.  If he wanted to stay but needed pitch time and didn't want a loan, then yeah.  Selling him to Bayern at this stage makes a buy back useless, IMO.

That's completely false. Hudson-Odoi is currently 18 years 2 months and 16 days old. At same age Mbappe played 44 games (20 starts) for Monaco.

Sorry my mistake got the dates wrong.

Pogba rage quit United and went back, few years from now the circumstances could be completely different. Hypothetically we could have Lamps in charge who wants to centre his entire project around Callum, for a boyhood Chelsea fan that would be hard to turn down.

That's true.  Though, I haven't been feeling the boyhood club love vibe recently.

Hypothetically we could have Lamps but thats only hypothetically and I would be very surprised in all fairness.

Theres a bigger chance that Roman would never go for a British coach because well firstly he hasnt so far (although he wanted Fergie at the beginning when he took over) probably for one reason being that all the best coaches arent British and probably still wont be in 10 years time.

We might as well accept it. He is not going to change his mind. He wants to go, we have been offered big money that may significantly reduce in summer. We're giving him more chances recently but his mind has already been made up. Even if he does play here, it will always be on and off if he was to sign a new contract. Bayern, the level of opponents will be better and let's be honest, he is joining a top team where he prob will play his favoured position too.

Back to youth team for a year and a half and move on. Use it as a deterrent for similar behavior in the future.

Don't get bullied by a kid, his agent, or another club.

Would have to say I agree. He clearly didnt see a long term future at Chelsea when he signed that 3 year pro contract, which was probably a smart move as he hasnt featured regularly but after Bayern talking about him publically and a transfer request, drag it out, we didnt pay for him so we arent suffering by making him see out his contract.

I don't blame CHO if he really wants to seek more game time elsewhere but his and Hazard's future situation are really annoying. Too much focus on these matters off the pitch. Can we like sort them out ASAP? So exasperating to see players not 100% committed to being at the club.
