Jase 43,479
Conte really has NO excuse to not win the league this season. Milan are becoming inconsistent and Juve are 7 points behind and being inconsistent.

Wouldn't say “no excuse” when AC Milan are only 4 points off and there is still games against Napoli, Roma and Juventus to be played for Inter. Plus Milan have Ibra, the man who seems to be defying age, who is more than capable of bringing them back to the top if Inter do drop points (Ibra is already a huge reason why they probably are up there this season). Inter are in the driving seat yes but saying he has no excuse would be like indicating they are 15-20 points clear or even in the position Man City are in. Its between the Milan teams for the title though, Juventus are out of it unless they amass some sort of huge run but can’t see it and Pirlo seems to be out of his dept slightly but when you have Ronaldo, anything is also possible. I hope Conte and Inter win it though, he is a top top manager, probably the best in Italy by a mile and think once he gets a first trophy they will kick on if they stick with him. I'm saying he has no excuse because Inter only have the Serie A left to contend with, meaning Conte has the entire week to prepare for games until the end of the season (we have seen the benefit of that ourselves), and they have also invested heavily in the squad last summer. Milan still have the Europa League and Ibrahimovic or not, I doubt they have enough to be consistent till the very end (they have also lost 3 of their last 5 league games). Pretty much everything seems to be falling in line for Conte and Inter, especially with Juventus also floundering. If Conte doesn't win the league, especially after the Champions League failure, he'll likely get the sack.
Jase 43,479
Inter not in a great position off the field with the Suning Group already ceasing the operation of their club - Jiangsu FC - in China.

NikkiCFC 8,369
Yes it's done imo. But also Milan honeymoon is over. Yes they have a couple of injuries but they were never really in race. They may struggle to finish in top4. Napoli and Juve are definitely much better teams. No top players in Milan midfield and attack. Surely, he will get the job done from here...? You mentioned how Carlo has bad record in national leagues. But Conte is opposite. Horrible record in European comps but amazing in domestic. 3 seasons with Juve = 3 titles and 2 cups 2 seasons with Chelsea = 1 title and 1 cup And now getting title with Inter and last season 2nd place after years and years of Inter being from 4th place at best to mid table. Also won Seria B with Bari and got promoted with Siena. He always delivers. Curious to see what will happen to them next season tho... Fernando 6,592
Conte on the verge of winning another title. Like him or hate him, he is a winner. I do miss him and wonder what could have been if we backed him. But it is what it is. Beigl and Atomiswave

R2D2 368
One of the best coaches we had, shame it ended like that and that he is so obsessed towards experience rather than developing youngsters, nonetheless class. Yes but similar to Mourinhos teinure 2-3 years would be enough. Conte wants a team with spending power and I imagine he would win trophies immediately given that this time no Barcelona superteam is around.. killer1257

The man is very control freak regarding transfer business, i don't expect this will sit well with Perez. Another concern would be the likes of Ramos, Benzema and Marcelo are controlling their dressing room and have big power to even sacked any coach they disliked.
