Spot on from Conte. It's what we've all been saying for a while now and it's the brutally honest and sad truth. It's like a switch was flipped over the past few years and we've suddenly slipped back down to the 2nd tier of European football. We don't know if it's due to the upcoming new stadium or just Roman's burning desire to dominate the game that's waning but we have just chosen not to keep up with the times.

This is why I will continue to say that Conte is gone this summer. He knows that it'll only get harder for us to compete going forward when our rivals are paying whatever it takes to sign their world class targets while Chelsea is continuing this stupid 1 in, 1 out shit and refusing to spend over £50m unless someone is sold for an equal amount. He won't be starting on equal footing as those two clubs so why stay?

Any manager who comes to Chelsea and doesn't give opportunities to our youth players and actually tries to make our club better without buying more expensive foreign players. Is a man with no balls. you have no balls Conte.

 

We the fans have trust and faith in giving Kenedy, Loftus Cheek, Musonda more a chance.

 

Off with any managers head that's comes to Chelsea and doesn't at least fail with CFC by playing or using our best youth players.

Jeez, you guys, he said that it's difficult for Chelsea to compete in the 'Transfer Market' and therefore more work would have to be done on the team, for them to win silverware. He's just trying to point out that you can't expect Chelsea to be a world beater without those funds, he's staying facts not backing away or moaning

😂 You’ve got to be joking right? What makes you think Luis Enrique is going to come here and do any better than Conte? What makes you think he’s going to come here ahead of Bayern or PSG where’s he been heavily linked for months? Who in the right mind would choose Chelsea over Bayern or PSG? Open cheque book at PSG, excellently run club and usually managers get full backing at Bayern while trying to also keep the tradition of youth coming through and German spine. Complete disarray at Chelsea in management and heirarchy. It’s a no brainier? 

Plus the managers are not the problem. The way the club is run is the problem. When will people start seeing this? Mourinho despite his flaws not backed fully, Conte not backed fully, manager X or Y will not be backed fully until people upstairs shift their “oh we won the league in year X or a year ago we will be ok” mentality and totally change the whole process/way of recruitment.

It’s not as simple as ok sack him and give this guy the job and the sooner people realise this the better, does my fucking nut in.
