Cosmin 2,484
Some interesting words from the ex-Romanian international, Paul Codrea, who had the chance to work with Conte at Siena, back in 2010: "Conte totally impressed me. He lives football like no one other, I could even describe him as a "psycho". Italy is not all about counter-attacking, their tactics are very clear and logic. They never play randomly. In Conte's team, the strikers are the ones who are running the most, because he gives them defensive tasks too. When I was at Siena, we were playing 4-4-2. Now, I guess that this system, with three defenders, suits Italy better. For Conte, the words "I can't" do not exist. Juventus gave him this winning mentality and he somehow manages to send a great positive energy to the players, he's a great motivator. But if you aren't ready to give 100% from the first minute, you cannot play. I had a small conflict with him back in time, but now I have to admit that he was right, even if at that time I thought I was." kellzfresh

Ledg 643
Not officially but he at least can do some Chelsea business now. I saw him how he was determined with the Italy NT and didn't expect from him to think about Chelsea until after the Euros. Now at least he can think what to do with us before officially taking over. Cosmin 2,484
Heartbroken for him and Italy Such a sad night... But I am also proud of him and of his team. Fantastic performance to get so far in the competition. Bravo Antonio! Forza Italia!
Melanicus 5,208
Don't know if he will be able to focus on Chelsea after this loss. We shall see... He has no reason to be upset, he made every right decision except maybe bringing in Zaza for the shoot out. Now every single Chelsea player is out of Euro and our coach is back. LET THE NEW ERA BEGIN!!! WE'RE A PRIDE OF LONDON!!!

He just said in the post match interview he'll be back with us.
