Laylabelle 9,536
Blah blah blah.Okay the whole crap aside he and every other Manager has their right or should to give their opinion on a bad ref performance. Its them and their team that it effects. This whole respect the ref is bollocks espically when you get ones who make the game about them
duo11bluecl 207
Imagine us vs Pep again or Carlo. If we win Jose would prove HE IS THE BEST MANAGER IN THE WORLD. Atm I would say he is 2nd ahead of Carlo and behind Pep.

Atm I would say he is 2nd ahead of Carlo and behind Pep.Why is he second behind Pep and Carlo? In my book both Ancelotti and Mourinho are better than Guardiola. He has never proved himself in an average/above-average team in his career. He has never faced an opposition on equal terms, regarding team quality. First, he had Barcelona's golden generation with Messi, Xavi, Iniesta plus several others all in their prime, then he jumped to a club that had beaten Barcelona 7-0 and won the treble.I would LOVE to see him beat an opposition while being the underdog. And I see where you are coming from he managed Barca and Bayern, 2 of the 3 best teams in the world. But imo his tactic is great, passing and controlling matches. It is not a coincidence that Bayern are now dominating possession almost every match now and not as direct anymore. Well Jose really hasn't been at a underdog team since Porto or Inter days imo. Inter then had like 6 players in team of the year later that year so you could also argue they are really not that bad of a squad but he helped them to go to that next world class level. But again it is all subjective I suppose, opinions at the end of the day. All 3 are fantastic and would love any of them manage us so in a sense we are lucky to have 1 of the best manager in the world.

duo11bluecl 207
Mourinho has been managing the underdogs for a few months now.. Top of the league!Pep can make his team play nice passing football, but I'm not sure he could do that and win with a team like Everton or HullOf course he can't, but then so would Sir Alex, Jose, Carlo and any world class manager in the world nowadays. Obviously you need players that suit you as well, would be hard for Jose for example if his wingers were Mata and someone like say Rosicky, basically people who can't run and his team would be much less effective. If Pep's team with CM of Fellaini, Cleverley, Mikel...etc his team will again struggle to follow his style. Only Carlo would most likely be comfortable because he really got various tactics that suit the players and not just 1 abeit really effective style like Jose and Pep, but even he won't make those teams world beaters. So if you talk about flexiblity Carlo is the best imo, defensively Jose, attacking and controlling matches then Pep. The thing also is that Jose is a great motivator, Pep just recently came out and said he left Barca because he couldn't do that with them anymore so sometime too many egos WILL CAUSE HIM PROBLEMS. Jose on the other hand sometime go to extreme level of defending his team no matter the situation, which is great for the team but sometime ugly from the outside. Carlo on the other hand is the perfect mix, but imo sometime he is too quiet and don't complain often, meaning sometime big decisions would most likely go against his team, but rarely anyway. Plus they make for great spectacle because it's one style vs another style. Makes it for a very intriguing and tactical match. Ancelotti on the other hand, he doesn't has a claim to being the best manager in the world.

With a 39 years old Maldini and countless aging players like Seedorf, Nesta...etc. If he win another CL he will be considered one of the best in history, let alone the world. But the same could apply to Jose and Pep.

All 3 are fantastic and would love any of them manage us so in a sense we are lucky to have 1 of the best manager in the world.Well Mou was the underdog not just at Porto. He was also the underdog with Inter for example, when his side trashed Barcelona in the CL when they thought they would have it easy with Inter. He was also the underdog with Real Madrid vs Pep's Barcelona and he did quite well by having won the league and even beating Pep's Barcelona at Camp Nou more than once, something that people at that time thought was impossible. More recently, Chelsea has been the underdog to City and to an extent Liverpool, and we've still done quite well. It's true Jose is NOT the underdog most of the times, but he has proven he can pull it off when he finds himself in that position. We have yet to see how Guardiola will do if he ever finds himself there. He has a long career ahead of him, and personally, I think after having managed the best Barcelona and the best Bayern, the moment he sees himself at a lesser club, he will be like a fish out of water. Jase 43,479
Jose Mourinho has been charged by The FA following his side’s game against Aston Villa on Saturday 15 March 2014 It is alleged the Chelsea manager’s behaviour in re-entering the field of play in or around the 90th minute of the fixture and approaching the Match Referee amounted to improper conduct. Mourinho has until 6pm on 24 March 2014 to respond to the charge. http://www.thefa.com/news/governance/2014/mar/jose-mourinho-improper-conduct-aston-villa Mourinho confirmed in his presser just now that he will not accept the FA charges and will go against it. Didn't mention the reasons and said it will be done in private with the FA. xPetrCechx
