Costa might be hothead, and I get it he would return to atletico at some point, but to go midseason to China, when he is in hot form, fan favourite and Chelsea in very good spot to win title? Nah. Character makes him unpredictable, but at same time you know he has bigger motivation than that.

I think he got the offer, wanted to go then claimed to have a back injury (Conte probably didn't believe the injury was real) they got into an argument. Costa had to go along with his story of a back injury and now he's "ok" so he joins the first team.

Urgh who knows..Probably some truth in it just spun in a more media friendly/sells stories way. Wouldn't be surprised if he goes in simmer but that's a long way off..for now he's one of us stil :-D

Too much drama with Costa. Great player but not sure if it's worth it in the end.

Best case scenario would be to keep him till the summer with him banging in goals for the club's title hunt and then cash in after the season.

What drama? We dont know even if theres been any drama. Just some click merchant media blogger started some Chinese whispers then each time some other medis person makes a headline they need to add a bit so they get their click portions.

And after our next loss you will get even worse. Soddin media loves breaking good things down.

So what really happened? Cause we have Tibo saying we don't need Diego to win the league. You make it seem as though the media pulled it out their ass when just reading between the lines tells you otherwise.
