Cadena SER is the equivalent of Sky Sports. Them and ABC.es are the most reputable media outlets in Spain when it comes to transfer rumours.

So, they are saying Fabregas wants to live the club because of various reasons (one being that he wants to be with his girl in London), Barcelona have put him on the transfer list, but they have not received a transfer offer yet. Also Barcelona's officials have admited he will sign for an English club and informed Fabregas' agents that they are waiting for the right offer.

No Chelsea or Mourinho mentioned in that article so everything that has been written so far is BS. I don't know, but I have a feeling there's someone else interested in him, not Chelsea.
