Styles 9,790
It was definitely the Silva show featuring Iniesta. He is a good cog in a well oiled machine though, and that is what we should emulate. The Hazard show featuring _____ with Fabregas as a good cog in a machine. That's the issue though: Fabregas is supposed to be our play-maker and we are anything but a well-oiled machine. termninja 5,290
I do think almost all of you will agree that Cesc is a pure 4-3-3 player? Maybe we can have a quick patch with Ramires against Everton if Oscar isn't ready.

Both Ramires and Cesc are better 4-3-3 players than 4-2-3-1 players. Don't really understand why we switched back to 4-2-3-1 in big games after that convincing win. iseah100 5,612
Both he, Hazard and Willian do the same thing. They dribble forward a little look around then pass sideways. The club needs someone who is willing to make those killer passes. It's frustrating. yuvala

He's just not in form at all this time around. Blue Armour, Gilvorak, iseah100 and 1 other
OneMoSalah 8,952
I hope his slow start means he wont do what he did last year. He had 15 assists until January, made so many key passes and chances per game but then after that he got 3 assists, made less key passes and less chances.. to be fair some of the finishing was horrible but even then still he dropped a bit. Slow start hopefully means he can prolong his form for a bit longer.

He doesn't have to be as good as (an in form) Cesc but at least of offer a similar skillset. It's easy to forget since it's been so long btw, but Cesc was truly playing magical football at first.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y12a7ToUOuE OneMoSalah, manpe and The Skipper

Fernando 6,657
He will do alright. It was Ivan that had to be dropped. We should be alright with Mikel in the middle. But still I'm getting annoyed at Mourinho at how he tries to solve the "problem" at times.

Last time Baba was on the bench.Hoping Cesc can case some havoc, it will lift the whole team.
stroey 2,525
With Pedro in our line up, Cesc will love it to play #10. He can now play the through balls to both Diego and Pedro and mainly focus on attacking.

Parky 739
Fuck his crosses are so dangerous, NOT. He just casually lofts them high with no pace and conviction. I've seen better crosses in women's football FFS! Bosnian Blue
