We have one of the quickest and most hard working natural wingers in the league but opt for Ramires who's never very effective out there instead. Head scratcher to say the least.

Ramires was awful at White Hart Lane. Why play him there again Jose? Is he really bothered by Lennon? Ramires is absolutely hopeless in the final third. Watch him give balls away like a virgin.
