Well yeah, Mourinho basically have that whole bunch of players to select from but it's clear that those that started yesterday won't play tomorrow.

Lot's of changes for this, but reading around Arsenal are the new Barcelona so we have no chance of winning this

the same way City was the new Bayern and we'd lose and drop to 7th?

(despite being spanked by the real Bayern, but still that was the tone before the match against City)

I think the only player what took part of yesterday's match that could start tomorrow is Eto'o and maybe Cahill if Mourinho doesn't feel like Kalas should start (he's been injured for a long time).

As for Arsenal I expect a mix of 4-5 team A players and the rest from their team B because they honestly don't have a squad as deep as ours and Arsene probably knows the league cup still is his best shot winning a title. He won't risk that :P

walcott and podolski are back in training. many expected them to start against palace so that their main team could start against us. but now i think this match would be a comeback match for them

That is wrong because Walcott got a set back a few days ago and was ruled out for another 2-3 weeks and Podolksi is not ready yet despite those rumours and neither of them are in the squad.

Just to let people know, it looks likely that Arsenal will start young Isaac Hayden tomorrow. Whatever team Arsenal play we should not underestimate them as they fielded many youngsters against WBA and managed to get through and they will be eager to win against us. That being said, will be nice if we can go out and give them a beating.

Anyway, Arsenal youngsters are youngsters, our "youngsters" are people like Kalas and KDB who are already mature pros with years of experience in professional football. If Arsenal will field their B-team, too, it will be men vs boys. Anyway our B-team front four consisting of Willian, Mata, KDB and Eto'o would probably start every match for most teams in the world. That depth in offense is just insane. Also Mikel and Essien are highly experienced and proven players. Same goes for Azpi, Bert and Luiz is almost worldclass. The only unknown factor is Kalas, but also he usually knows vaguely what he is doing. He and Luiz must be one of the paciest CB duos ever, which can be chaotic but can also be brilliant. This is a fuckin Capital One Cup match so why not risk it.

A win for Arsenal on Tuesday night would not just lift the Gunners into the League Cup quarter-final, it would also secure Arsene Wenger's first ever victory - in all competitions - over his old rival Jose Mourinho.

Today is the anniversary of when they beat us at the Bridge 3-5, I can't describe how much I want us to win with 3-4 goals at their sh*thole, I wanna see that huge dump get forsaken before FT. But looking back, I could care less about that meaningless result since we won the CL & FA and all they could celebrate was getting to CL, LOL. Pathetic club only getting high on nostalgy, thinking they're still London's finest.
