The backbone of the squad has always been important for Jose.- Not Starting Mata shows that Jose doesnt care about what status you have. If Jose doesnt think you are good enough or doesnt fit his style of play you just doesnt play.- Not starting someone like De Bruyne in the piviot shows that he wants to create a stable side, which we desperatly need.
