Steve 10,227
Are you coming over for any games this season you big gay bear? xxxxMy family will be there in three weeks time... I am shattered but couldn't make it because of the new job. Was about to book my flights and all but had to scrap the idea. Hopefully for the start of next season for a month or so, or towards the end of this season. All depends on the funds and how long I decide I want to come over for. Tempted on doing six months gain although I would need to find somewhere to stay as I cannot afford 450 quid a week again

However should you come over, let me know - I can put you up for a while either at work (I work in a hotel!) or at home! Would be my genuine pleasure! Would be nice to change it up a little and stay in different places. I do have family in littlehampton and could stay towards the south with them but then I have this new job. Who knows what I am going to do. If I could get a decent job over there I would consider moving over on a visa or applying for my English passport. bushman 2,043
To watch a game at 2 a.m. no trouble for me, but to stay till 4 a.m. then watch it till 5. 45 a.m. is a bit different.Still it should be a great test for the Blues, I feel.
Barbara 15,149
Nobody knows that team better than Mourinho - not even Carlo (yet) - and while some may think that's not that important, I think it is.He knows their weaknesses and their strengths and I'm sure he'll talk a lot to the lads during the next couple of days and let them know exactly how they should behave and what they should do.Someone mentioned Xabi earlier, he won't play, he's out for a few weeks still recovering from surgery and that alone is one of their present weaknesses. Of course their attacking midfield and strikers are their best asset. Varane is also out because of injury so I think we could take advantage of that with our own AM (and depending on the striker starting).I also think Carlo is very invested in recovering Kaká as he was one of his main players in Milan, and I think that also works in our favor although he was decent against LA Galaxy (I don't remember against Everton because I was sort of distracted while watching the match). All in all I think we have a chance to bring our A game. I'm expecting a lot from Eden because even though this is still a friendly I'm sure he's going to be very motivated to play against Madrid. Our double pivot will have to work well and I suppose Ivan/Azpili won't move forward too much because of Cris. Di María is also playing quite incredibly and he's even faster than Cris sometimes. Isco is making a lot of long passes that are always accurate. It's going to be an exciting match to watch if both sides keep their level from the last two matches.Real was quite lazy against Galaxy and Everton, even a little bit uninterested... except Isco who seems willing to justify the 30M the team paid for him. I was quite happy with our defense last night. they were like a wall when Milan was pressing us, but that's not how RM is going to threaten our goal. We should pay attention to their counter-attack and fast players, so I hope Ramires and van Ginkel are ready to run a marathon... of sprints. Bosnian Blue 2,471
This one is too late for me. 3 AM kick off over here. Probably with all the American festive stuff it won't start until 3:15. That means the game will end at cca. 5:15. I have to be up at 5:30. That would mean no sleep at all. Fuck that.
Bir_CFC 3,455
I actually thought Isco was quite poor against Everton. Was good against Galaxy though.

Mouri_Matic 560
Very close game, maybe 2-2 with pen and we nick it. But just got a feeling Madrid will probably win this.
yuvala 2,167
To be fair, Madrid are better than us. But we certainly can win, we have really talented players, an amazing manager (who also knows all about Real) and we looked great so far.
