Anyone know who delivers pre ordered kits from cfc? Post man been and gone and no kids kits. Already been into town and picked up the eldest boys new shorts and all the shirts are on sale. Just wondering know delivers as it's fairly pointless pre ordering if it's not delivered on the release date

I don't know if they do pre-orders differently but I remember them using the courier Hermes before.

Change the tracking number to yours if you have one from the email. I'm using http://www.smythstoys.com/uk/en-gb/page/o/hermeslanding/to find out what he hell they mean

It is surely a nonsense of the highest order tho that I've paid for kits for my kids,pre ordered for the date of release and yet no sign whatsoever whilst if id not bothered my arse paying directly to the club I could have minced into a completely unaffiliated store this morning and kitted the boys out FOR LESS and had them on them now! Lesson learned

I agree, they did probably send them on the 22nd ready for today but the courier is shit haha no information and when I asked on their live chat they said their system was down. They should use the Royal Mail or Yodel.

That's disappointing. I ordered the 13/14 home kit and got it three days before release. Very surprised to hear that.

Yeah, the baby ain't worried obviously but try telling a 6 year old ( who wants to know IN SECONDS how long he'll have to wait for his kit) why it is other kids are running around in the new kit when his was preordered ASAP! Just seems a pointless mishap
