I hope either:

• Luiz is fit, so we can push Ramires up front
• we play Ba on the wing, and Torres upfront or pair the two
• Benayoun plays on the wing, Ba upfront.

Luiz has been ruled out by Rafa!! I hope Terry starts this one, i have had enough of brain farts from Iva and Cahill partnership. Terry has to start along with Cahill. Pretty sure it will be Lampard, Ramires midfiled, and i hope Benny starts ahead of Bertrand on the LW.
