I really hope not as a club we don't need to be embarrassed as we could put our under 16s on and the papers would still say 'Chelsea thumped by Arsenal.'

You would be a fool if you take Mourinho's words seriously there.

Those players that won't be starting or playing this Sunday against City will start against Arsenal next Tuesday.

He's only saying that because The Football League always have a go at the bigger clubs for fielding weaker sides and 'not taking the cup seriously'. The scheduling of the fixture 2 days after a massive game vs. City completely contradicts everything they have said. If they want clubs to take it seriously, give them adequate time to prepare for the game.

Mourinho is just playing on the fact that they fucked up, we won't play U21's.

The draw for the quarter finals straight after the last match as per usual?

So just before our home match against Arsenal. hope we get Leicester then so our players would be fresh for that one.

We are away at Arsenal then actually and it's gonna be played on a Monday night. But yes, hopefully we get Leicester because the other teams are like 'EEEEKKKK!' and it's at home. Would suit our schedule then - 6 matches in a row and all in London.

Avoid the two Manchester clubs, and I'll be very happy.

Wouldn't fancy meeting Tottenham either.

Perfect draw would be the Manchester clubs against each other but surely that's too much to ask for :whistling:
