I just read that rafael the man utd defender said that oscar will be a success at chelsea so oscar must have told him he is signing for us!

He doesn't at all. It's a position he has only just started being allowed to play a few times during friendlies for the Belgian national team, the amount of games he has had on the left wing by far outweights the times he has played CAM.

The central role might be the one he likes best himself, but I feel pretty sure we will mostly see him on the wing here.

To be honest, it's not surprising. They won't announce anything before the Olympics, it's like when we had to wait for Hazard till after the European Championships. I suspect that both Chelsea & United will wait till after August 12th to announce Oscar & Lucas respectively.
