Kieran. 6,317
AVB has been a complete failure in England, has to move abroad to gain some of that reputation back.

Steve 10,227
Feel for the guy. His coaching style is just not cut out for the Premier League and his stubbornness didn't help.

haranr 485
Feel for the guy. His coaching style is just not cut out for the Premier League and his stubbornness didn't help.No. The problem is that he ain't a good manager period. He hasn't got the traits of a good one. The players would never "die" for him unlike for Jose. He is good until something bad happens and he can't manage to get out of it.
haranr 485
And one more thing: F*** him! I am so happy that untalented scumbag has been sacked. ITS HARSH BUT HE DESERVES IT.
The only place to be 11,313
Steve Clarke gone.AVB gone.Rodgers must be looking over his shoulder. (maybe not)Reading a few of the forums it did look like even his staunchest supporters were starting to ask questions. Capello next for them?Where's Harry Redknapp? Strike 7,612
Don't get the logic here. He bought a completely new team and is sacked within months?

The players would never "die" for him unlike for Jose. He is good until something bad happens and he can't manage to get out of it.Disagree completely. If he was a horrible manager he would not of got two huge jobs with big clubs. He didn't get to finish a season with us so you cannot judge him solely on that. He also didn't have all that bad of a season at Tottenham last season. Might not of won any trophies but to say he is not a "good" manager is a bit silly. His playing style will be more suited in the likes of Spain and Italy I feel.

AndersonBLUE 819
Harry should have stayed in the first place. AVB just isn't cut out for the manager's job currently. He should just stick to scouting.
Leif 6,006
I wonder if this is the beginning of Tottenham's descent into irrelevancy (again).
TrippingStep 336
AVB is paying for the awful transfer he did this summer.Ok we picked William but paying so much money for an average forward as Soldado was stupid. Not buying good wingers or inside forward was stupid as well. They have no one with cutting edge to unlock defences. Strong midfielders but with no pace, passing ability and driving threat.
