Eden Hazard

Happy that Hazard seems to have improved on his consistency of late but still a bit annoyed at some of his play. Take yesterday's game as an example. He has a tendency to hog on the ball for a tad too long when a forward pass is available to be made to keep our attack flowing but instead, he dribbles with the ball too much before passing it and by then, our attacks would slowed down with opponents getting back into defensive positions already.

Another point is that he keeps on coming inside and making our play so narrow. There were numerous occasions against Palace, when he was playing and attacking down on the right side, he should be going on the outside/get to the byline/go behind the defence rather than coming in and make everything so congested in that central area.

Even if this is true witch i highly doubt, chelsea will never let him go

Also i dont think eden is all that interested, he's already at a top club where he's pretty much the (main) star, loved by his coach and adored by the fans witch wont be the case at RM

Tbh is see him stay at stamford bridge for a very long time, atleast i hope he will ,afterall its eden's garden ;)

Have we actually played Eden and Schurrle on the wings with Willian in the number 10 role?

I tjink on current form this would be the best combination to face Arsenal with Rambo and Essien behind!

I liked the AM - which is why I liked your post

I have a lot of doubts about this pivot though, especially against Arsenal. We need to defend well against them and I don't think Rami + Essien is the best combination.

Willian is currently providing the same work-rate as Oscar, especially if he plays fixed in the middle. We should try that as Oscar is clearly out of form right now.

I agree about the pivot. I actually did think that Essien would be a good idea after i had posted but I couldn't be bothered to edit my post. The lack of choice in our pivot is a big problem that we have all identified. I just hope we can staya solid unit against Arsenal.

It's a pity that Marco Van Ginkel is still injured, he could have been the man to solve the pivot issue. Essien against Palace was horrible. I still think Rambo and Lamps is the best option even I do regret Mou didn't try out Oscar or KDB there.

Retweeted Kristof Terreur (@HLNinEngeland):

According to France Football, PSG may offer upwards of £34m for Eden‪#‎Hazard‬ next summer. Don't think Chelsea would accept it, though.

After we spent 32 million on him?? Where is the logic in that.

That makes sense, they are struggling with the homegrown quota, and Hazard is but 32 million in an insult

Oh I definitely get why PSG would bid that, but I fail to see why we would accept a 2 million pound profit on probably our best player..
