For me it doesnt end till the window ends, a big enough bid & ...... Dont trust the board at all.

I think so too, anyone that thinks our window shuts and the speculation is over are going to be in for a surprise I think. We will have speculation until the end of August.. closing the window early has done nothing good for us. We are going to suffer with the speculation more than anyone I think, the only way we could cover this up is with results but it is clear there is a lot of work to be done before we can expect to be winning games.

It would be interesting to know what was so important that he had an extra day off. Obviously something he felt was more important than watching the team we supposedly want him to captain that he couldn't do in the past 3 weeks/

He looked kinds grumpy to me today. Didn't react to the fans that cheered him when he was warming up. Didn't seem to acknowledge the standing ovation he got when he came on and was one of the first to leave the pitch even though he was near one end of the pitch due to scoring the winning penalty. Pissed me off to be honest. 

It could be nothing. Maybe I'll dig this post up in September should he still be here to call attention to my overreaction.

Its only a friendly. You know he never takes these kind of matches seriously

RLC is a fantastic talent; great first touch, comfortable in tight space and one touch passing, power and speed to break away from defenders. He has a lot going for him. Not sure why there such a massive agenda against him. People here were shitting on him after a ten minute cameo and two days after coming back from vacation against Arsenal,

Does he need to improve? absolutely. Is he at the standard that should start for Chelsea on a regular? no. But he could still definitely help the team and contribute.

I don't have an agenda against him mate. I just don't rate him as much as other people do. And that doesn't only involve preseason. I've never been super impressed by him. 

I want him to do good, but I don't expect him to be the second coming of Lampard. 

Can he help? Yeah. Is it vital for us to keep him? No.

It's mainly because of Tibo situation. Once it resolved, and we sign new players, he will be a happy man again.
