For RBs? My first choice would be Azpilicueta from Marseille. Will probably cost only 12m, if you believe reports in January. Van der Wiel is a decent option but defensively, he's like Bosingwa. Maybe he could improve in that department training and playing with better players week in week out, unlike Bosingwa and wouldn't argue too much about it considering it will cost only 8m to get him.

The same thing I will keep saying. I don't think Azpillicueta and VDW are ideal replacements. Maybe we can get Christian Trasch of Stuttgart (he still plays there; haven't seen him playing for a year now). But sadly we aren't linked with him.

and probably a good rb to fill in for iva. he is card nad injury prone and suppose a situation very similar to this time comes up then we cant really rely on hutch to save us. so i think we do need a new rb. not a 20 mil but some1 to just fill in.

Not permanently but it provides competition for places and a chance to rotate when necessary.

Agreed. Not getting a new RB just because it threatens Iva's place is ridiculous. If Iva should be our #1 RB then he should prove that he is better than the RB we will get this summer.

We should get a RB that is at around the age of 28-29... and just to provide cover. Until the dude reaches the age of 32, by that time Todd Kane, hopefully would be able to mature and grow to become part of the first team.

Disagree. Paulo is okay being 7th choice RB. so i dont mind having a decent back-up who wont make a fuss out of not playing regularly
