Of course we get the hardest draw of any English side. Of course. City and United on the other hand should waltz into the next round and may not even need to play their strongest teams.

Psg vs real should be very tasty. I don't think Psg will mind. Their goal is to conquer Europe, there is no better way than to beat the defending champion.

Both us n spurs for some reason got the hardest opp both in the group stage n round 16, whereas pool, city and united keep getting relatively easy opp

I am not sure I am than unhappy against Barca. Yes of course Besiktas is maybe easier but this is not the best barca team. They are a flawed team, yes Messi is still great but he is no longer that prime Messi that can almost single handedly win you big game. Suarez is underperformed, their midfield and back are suspect. I fancy our chances as long as we can keep them quiet in the 1st leg.

I think Fazio's the best value signing of the past 5 years, for any team currently in the CL or EL. Plays like a 35m player, 5x (I think?) his transfer fee. One of Roma's top 10 ever CB's; top 5 perhaps since the 90's.

He's almost like their Azpilicueta in a few ways.
