milka 3,394
I'm happy for Kounde and Raphinha - They will continue in a tournament that suits them.
robsblubot 3,595
Nice to see lot of positive takes here. Lewa having a terrible game, which does not surprise me one bit (never really delivered in the CL), and they chose him over our own Auba... ouch Both second tier strikers. While Lewa was better on his day, they've always had one thing in common: never liked big games.

Strike 7,489
Bayern (GER)* Benfica (POR) Chelsea (ENG)* Club Brugge (BEL) Dortmund (GER) Inter (ITA) Liverpool (ENG) Manchester City (ENG)* Napoli (ITA) Paris Saint-Germain (FRA) Porto (POR) Real Madrid (ESP) 12 have qualified. Other four likely Leipzig, Milan, and any of the 2 clubs in Tottenham's group. Possible opponents are Porto, Inter, Leipzig, Dortmund, Benfica, <Group D team>. Will avoid the 2 best 2nd placed teams - Milan and Liverpool.

Popular Post! Fulham Broadway 17,313 Posted October 27, 2022 Popular Post! Share Posted October 27, 2022 Poetic justice. Conte was silent over the criminal decisions at Stamford Bridge when the inept ref in the middle and the blind VAR ref gifted Spuds a point and denied us two points. laura90, DDA, Johnnyeye and 2 others
NikkiCFC 8,319
Allegri out, Simeone out. Conte possibly. Mourinho cannot even play CL. TT sacked here. Really happy that football is changing and all these pragmatic defensive managers are failing.
Special Juan 28,141
Wonderful to see Conte and Spurs crying, I was, with laughter the fucking mugs. Got all they deserved and no finer sight than old chisel chin Kane going from joy to nearly fucking crying at the end. Conte getting sent off was the icing on the cake- complete gobshite that bloke. Really happy that football is changing and all these pragmatic defensive managers are failing. They're not failing, they just don't allow as much freedom to their attackers and in crucial situations, it comes back to bite them as they're often left chasing a 1-0 deficit with 20 minutes left in the second half of the game. I wouldn't be surprised to see Conte progress though, he still has two cheat codes up front (which tend to work in most games).

Stats 7,142
Arsenal losing tonight is good for us as now it means they are not guaranteed top spot unless they win their last game of the group. They will win that game but after losing tonight, means they have extra work to do and that is 3 days before they play us. So they will play a mixed team of fringe players and regulars while if they drew or lost tonight, would have completely played a whole back up 11, while we have guaranteed top spot so can rest every player who will start that big game few days later against Arsenal. I don't expect to see drastic changes for that last UCL game, probably Mount, Kovacic, Jorginho and T.Silva get the night off but that's about it. Wonder if Potter and the club look at getting a RWB in the January window (considering Reece's injury and the fact that RLC will need a breather as well). We already have topped the group and have a massive game few days after. We have the squad to rotate too. I expect to see likes of Broja, Pulisic, Ziyech, Chucky, maybe Zakaria starting. Assuming it will be Auba/Havertx starting against Brighton later, whoever is the sub will start against Dinamo I guess. Gallagher most likely too.
