joshmassey10 0
Surely Cahill has to be in the England team now Terry's gone. Ive been really impressed with him so far at chelsea he is a real presence at the back and is always handy for a goal. I think he would have been playing with Terry at the euros had he not got injured. Think he should be paired with Lescott for the next few england games. Click here to see who else i would pick

His performance was also top top class. poojam
diskoviolente 425
Isn´t it just lovely to watch a centreback whacking in a goal like that ? Take a note William

Milan 17,957
It's not just the power, but the technique and precision...unbelievable.RDM's words -'Cahill shows that in training, he's always involved when we do finishing exercises and you can see he has got good technique. It's important when you want to play out from the back that we have defenders who are comfortable in possession.
Jase 43,479
Seriously at this rate, we might as well just play Cahill and Ivanovic as strikers.

Bir_CFC 3,455
I don't know if you guys noticed but I've noticed his short passing to the centre mids and the attacking mids is better than all our other CBs imo.
zolayes 14,489
was not overly impressed when we signed him but he has proved to be an excellent buy. TorontoChelsea and manpe

He rarely gives possession away. His defending style is so similar to Terry it's scary and he strikes it as good as anyone. Really a good overall defender and player. Spike 12,049
I like to go for a couple of (dozen) beer with Gazza. Apparently he was quite drunk for a few days after the Champions League win.

Henrique 9,133
Well, that was a great goal, but Cahill is a CB. I'm not that concerned about how good is his finishing. In Spur's game I was more concerned about how vulnerable we were in Cahills side, and how easily Spurs players passed trough him in the counter attacks.Overall he has been a good player, but doesnt make me fell confortable as I was with Alex or Ricardo Carvalho, our best defenders in the last years.
