LDN Blue 7,903
I don't like when people compare Lampard's situation with Giggs'. The difference is, and justfiably so, Lampard doesn't want to be a part-time player like Giggs has accepted. He believes he can still be more sporadic than that and that's why he doesn't want to stay for the sake of it. Giggs knew he'd play about 10 games, if even that, he was resigned to it and accepted it. Lampard obviously wants more than that and he deserves a chance to prove it elsewhere. CHELSEA HERO WILKINS: ABRAMOVICH NEVER INTERFERES IN TEAM, TRANSFER POLICY “When I see Sir Alex Ferguson talking about giving Ryan Giggs another Premier League contract at the age of 39, I’ve no idea why Chelseawould let Lampard go.“Frank has a similar appetite to Ryan and the same fitness level." http://www.tribalfootball.com/articles/chelsea-hero-wilkins-abramovich-never-interferes-team-transfer-policy-3757771#.U7BzDfldX1s

termninja 5,290
I actually still can't grasp the idea of Chelsea without Lamps And I find it a bit unfair to compare Lamps with Giggs. Giggs has absolutely incredible natural fitness and genetics while you could really see Lamps physically declining more and more with each passing season. It all started with that 2 week injury in 2011 under Carlo that turned out to be shitload of weeks longer and we were very shaken up until the almost very end when we somehow finished 2nd... iseah100 and manpe
