hjperdeath 2,226
I'm sure you can express your feelings better. You don't have to be sarcastic or patronising. Understand that Lamps is someone a lot of people are emotionally connected to so naturally people will be disappointed. You're just over exaggerating with your Judas satire, as if that's the general consensus on here. But it's not.Not the general consensus? Term-X 7,891
Indeed, Mourinho 'would' have been "dead to me" if he had gone to United, I stand by that 'hypothetical/taken out of context' comment.Unfortunately though, this is reality. I just hope 'proper chels' JT never imitates how Fraud-Lampard has conducted himself since leaving. Vybz Kartel, Kostas and Amblève.
MrBlueGuy 1,552
It is funny how people started to be so attached to football players, they start to rage when things like this happen. Lampard loved Chelsea as much as we love our phone, for example if we were just a Southampton and Roman never bought us, while Lampard still had that world class form and lets say MU came in with 30m bid, would he wants to leave some where in 2004-2007 when he were one of the best player in the world and we were some mid table team like Soton? Probably...Chelsea players loyalty is overrated in a sense that we were one of the club around that challenges consistently for top honors every season and pay good money for players, they don't leave us not because of 'love, loyalty' or any other cringe worthy ideas fans come up with, they do it because they know this is one of the very best stop for their career and only around 3-4 clubs are better. Now Lampard leaves us, but City/New York is paying him 100k+ per week with the request that he plays for City, he obviously will accept it because it is professional. There is no such thing as 'love' when taking this into consideration, the only reason he requested not to be playing against us(rumor) is because of the respect he has for the club and the fan, this is not love. The sooner you guys see players as nothing but employees of the club the better you will be able to enjoy it. Hazard or any of our top players doesn't 'love' the club, they will eventually leaves/be sold and then never be mentioned/associated with Chelsea again. It doesn't matter if they are banging in 30 goals for a couple of years. For example Suarez now, does Liverpool fans still love him or are most coming out with insults for him now he fucked them over again(after last summer). He also admitted he 'loved' Liverpool. You know what is true love for the club? players like Matt Le Tissier...etc. Top players who could have played for top teams but chosen to remain with their mediocre clubs. zolayes, Fulham Broadway and bababoom

Beigl 1,387
It is disappointing for sure, it won't ever feel right to see him in that shade of blue. But some of the reactions here has been over the top. a 6 month loan will not change his 13 years of service to this club. For me at least.Spot on! I didn't call him a traitor, I didn't curse him, I didn't call him Judas. I was and I will still be ironic. If you can't stand that, well, sorry. If he agreed to stay for lets say 20k, I am sure the club will have considered it. But naaa he earns 5-6 times more elsewhere so why not? Popular Post! BlueLyon 9,359 Posted August 6, 2014 Popular Post! Share Posted August 6, 2014 I wont like him any less because of this, he wrote biggest part of Chelsea history, but I will wonder forever why he did this to Chelsea and their fans. If he wanted top football, he would accept less money and stay here for another season. If he wanted to play, but in smaller league, he could go to Australia. This move to city is showing he doesnt have respect. A player that plays for one club 13 years and then moves to biggest rival at age 36 (which city is atm) is respect-less, no matter how you look at it. Proper chels would retire here, not fuck off to city before end of his career. And its funny that people say he was ''forced''. When he choose NYC of all clubs in usa, he had talks with people there who told him he will go to city on loan...Villa also joined NYC but he went to Australia. This move of Lampard to City is simple mocking ob both towards Chelsea, like they would put a fucking finger in Chelsea ass and its unaceptable from Lamps, who is chelsea legend. Disgrace. He is 36 ffs, why would he make such stupid move right now...I just dont get it. But he is also best player ever to wear Chelsea shirt and its painful seeing him gone to city.
