We are still in this enquiries and talks limbo and doesn't look like we get out of here soon enough. Doesn't seem that something is happening at all. Last season this time I would be called a kid who doesn't have his new toys and make rumbling about this but now everyone agrees that there are worry early signs of inactivity. How the hell Nainggolan isn't signed on dotted lines yet ? And that offer for Koulibaly was probably something funny like 20m€ or smth. Meh. Where do those ratings come from? I'd like to find Kennedy's ratings from the same source. Since I know what I thought of Kennedy when I watched his youtube videos I would then be able to calibrate their ratings with my own and have a better idea how to interpret what they have said.
