We may just do it with Lukaku, Ba and Torres, and choose to sharpen the other areas. Midfield (pivot) 2 times, an options for the wings.

I think this may be what we need. A + mil striker might leave us bare in other regions. We need to have a broader variety of quality options in those regions imo ...

Would rather hijack Jovetic from under Arsenal's nose. He's younger and more hungry than Villa. Would have said yes to Villa 3 or 4 years back in a heart beat but now i'd rather we looked else where.

I think there are much better forwards than Villa. Would take someone in their prime

I think Lewandowski has to be the priority in attack now. Otherwise, someone of the level of Benzema, Rooney, Gomez, Higuain... Maybe Jackson Martinez from Porto.

Our number one priority should be a midfielder. Luiz isn't good enough at DM, Lampard is a goalscorer not a playmaker, Ramires is a B2B midfielder, Mikel isn't good enough and Romeu lacks the athleticism to be a reliable option there.

Tired of us getting outclassed in the big games and constantly losing the midfield battle.

We should be signing Banega this summer if the likes of Gundogan, Schweinsteiger and Modric aren't available.

If we can mould him to play for the pivot he'd be brilliant (not sure how good he is defensively) - we tried to get him a few seasons ago I remember. Fantastic little player, underused by Barcelona.
