But Porto already accepted to sell him last summer for 23mi euro to Spurs, the problem was on his wage. I honestly believe he will cost something around what Schurrle is.

Maybe, but I would better cash in on him and go with Ake or Chabolah and a new DM. My opinion though.

Luiz and Subotic would be killer, he is one of the best CBs in the world and he is kind of a sheriff. I dont think we need to get rid of anyone, just add another CB. Terry basically doesnt count anymore...

i know that this is true, but it hurts so bad... but its true. JT is not the JT of old.

Lol when we buy Cavani for 35mio and Moutinho for 20 I will drive you all the way from brasil to SB to watch them play. Just the two of them will cost around 80mio. Realise this is 2013 and football prices are inflated like hell.

Actually spurs had a bid of 20m accepted for moutinho and if it wasnt for his wages he would have been a spurs player right now.

Relax, he doesnt know what he is talking about. Too focused on his FM prices!

You do know that when Chelsea is involved price goes up for 10mio?

Owner of player knows we have money and they will want most of it. Porto who is putting prices up even further (especualy for Chelsea, Rm,...) will sell Moutinho (their best current player) for 20mio. Same money as we will pay for Schurle?

If you realy belive we could get Moutinho for 20mio lol, spurs might, but we are not spurs are we? We would pay 20mio for Schurle (I believe you think he might come here for 12mio) and he is not half the player Moutinho is.

BUt ok it your thinking...

Ps: I dont play Fm...I do fifa however...

The Sun has stooped to a new level of low with this sub story lol.

- 'Wayne Rooneys future has again been thrown into doubt after being subbed 19 minutes from time in the 2-2 draw against West Ham'

They don't understand the "Chelsea Tax."

Perfect Example, Oscar.

LOOOOOOOOOL!

Do you think Oscar would have been sold for less than 25mi? With Inter not needing the money (look at Damiao)? They just sold him to us because the offer was too good to be true...

I find it quite funny your Brazilian examples to try to explain certain things. The only problem is that they are usually very wrong and misinformed.

At Internacional, because Spurs want to pay low money to get him out!

Your Oscar example is ridiculous. We didnt pay 25mi because we are Chelsea, anybody would have had to pay that much.

Ummmm. did you see the Spurs offer? Did any other team offer for Oscar???

Chelsea pays more for players because clubs know they have the finances/resources too. It's a pretty simple concept.

What I think is most realistic:

Out: Malouda, Benayoun, Lampard, Paulo, Hilario, Turnbull, Essien, Torres

In: Lewandowski, Schurrle, Khedira (w/Mourinho), Begovic

Loaned: KDB (Bayer part of Schurrle deal), Piazon (Championship), Lukaku (Prem), Courtouis (Atletico)

A lot can happen between now and the end of the season however that can shake things up. Also these moves are assuming Moruinho comes back.

Every big club pays more then, which is weird because they are the only ones buying top players, so it makes things contraditory!

Many Russian teams made offers for Oscar and they were all around 15-20mi. By your logic, they would have bought him, because they have no "Chelsea tax". Same goes for Damiao. Spurs offered around 15mi and because they have no "Chelsea tax", it should have been enough, right?

Your logic goes for new sugar daddies like ManCity, PSG and Zenit. Chelsea is already a big club wi a very strong worldwide brand. We are in a position where we might even be able to pay less money in a fight with PSG or Spurs, because players want to come to Chelsea despite the wage, it gives prestige!

You surely know what you are talking about, right?

It was CSKA who offered 16.5mi and then Anzhi came saying they would cover anything they would offer...
